2. Expect a response

Once your form is received, we'll respond by email. This may include details, reviewing available stones, or answering any questions you’ve included.

3. Set up an appointment

Once we align, you have the option to set up a virtual or in-person appointment to confirm the details and design of your custom jewelry.

4. Deposit to start your piece

Once you confirm the design of your piece, a deposit will initiate the CAD render. Once you confirm the CAD, we begin crafting!

5. Magic happens in 4-6 weeks

You’ll receive your ring in the 4-6 weeks after the CAD and/or final design is confirmed.

Yes, we provide GIA certificates for most larger center stones and certified appraisals for every product you purchase from us. We also offer appraisal services for your jewelry.

Stocked products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, while custom orders are accepted for credit or exchange within the same timeframe. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, accompanied by the sales receipt.
